Talli Dolge is the President and CEO of Wellbeing Action For Youth (WAY), where she leads efforts to advance youth mental health through upstream prevention, resilience-building, and mindful awareness. A highly accomplished national mental health strategist, Talli brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and executive leadership to her work, with a proven track record of designing innovative programs and guiding organizations through transformative change.

Chief Operating Officer
Brooke Hayes Fern is the Chief Operating Officer of WAY, bringing over two decades of experience in strategic HR, employee engagement, and internal communications. With a background in data-informed workforce strategies, she has led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on wellbeing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Brooke is passionate about using storytelling and insights to foster thriving, people-centered cultures.

Executive Assistant
Ashlea Perry serves as the Executive Assistant at Wellbeing Action for Youth. With a background in psychology and a strong foundation in holistic wellness, Ashlea brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to youth advocacy. She is passionate about creating safe, empowering spaces for young people to thrive and is committed to supporting the mission of WAY through both strategic support and direct facilitation.

Director of Finance
Juliet Donaldson handles the finances for WAY. Originally from the UK, Juliet has lived in the US for twenty years and joined us in July 2024. She understands the importance of connection, resilience, and belonging for all of us to build healthy, happy lives. Juliet is a UK Chartered Accountant and the Executive Director for another small non-profit.
